Why do you need to complete this questionnaire?

To ensure we have as much information as possible prior to you coming on board as a client, we need to know about you and your business. This also allows us (and you) to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

The questions may be thought provoking as they may not be something you have considered before, others may be simple to answer. If you are unsure about how to answer any of them, don’t worry, we can always assist you.

Why do you need to complete this briefing document?

This briefing form is used to provide the foundation for your Website project. This ensures we have all the background information we need, and it is something we can refer to along the way (a point of reference).

We also use this brief to prepare our requirements document which you will sign off on before the website build commences. It basically holds both you and RubyOnyx accountable for the project and prevents any miscommunications. It is also why we only ever need 2 rounds of amendments. Should we need to make more than 2 rounds of amendments, they are charged at an hourly rate.

The more specific you are in providing answers, the better the result and the more likely it is that you end up with exactly what you want. By understanding your objectives, and your business for that matter, we can really align our design & development properly.
